starting January 2024.
In the uncertain world we find ourselves living in at present, there is one thing
you can always be sure of: YOURSELF.
As we approach a new year, why not grab it with both hands? Boost your
knowledge, improve your skills or learn something new with an adult course
starting this January and make yourself your strongest asset.
Whether you dream of donning a cap and gown at a graduation ceremony,

to suit you.
We offer a large range of adult courses ranging from short leisure courses
to part-time, full-time and higher education courses, including a large list of
distance learning courses that can be completed online and in your own time.

How to enrol
Courses colour-coded green allow you to enrol online at wvr.ac.uk or over the telephone
by contacting us on 01925 494 400 or by visiting our Warrington or Winsford campuses.
Please note that adult leisure courses do not offer a formal qualification/certificate upon
completion. They are designed to be fun and teach you new skills.
For courses colour-coded blue, you can enrol over the phone by contacting us on
01925 494 400.
For courses colour-coded red, you will need to complete an online application at
wvr.ac.uk or call into our Warrington or Winsford campuses.
Courses colour-coded purple are Advanced Learner Loan funded - Study now, Pay later.
You will need to complete an online application at wvr.ac.uk or call in to our Warrington
or Winsford campuses.
You may choose not to apply for the loan and therefore pay for the course yourself via
monthly instalments.

questions about returning to education as an adult student answered. This is a great opportunity to
learn more about the flexibility of our courses, the various funding options available and even enrol
on your chosen course.
Financial support and funding
Your course may be FREE* if you are in receipt of an income-based benefit
or in employment and earning less than £20,319 (£31,600.40 if you reside
in Liverpool City Region Combined Authority) per year.
There are also a number of funding options in place which, if eligible, will enable you to
study now and pay later, pay in instalments or not have to pay at all! What’s more, you may
be able to access a wide range of finance and funding support to help you during your time
at college from the further education bursary fund.

Access to Higher Education
Have you always dreamt of being a nurse, a midwife or a social worker,
but don’t have the right qualifications to get into university? Our
Pre Access to HE course provides adult students with a stepping stone to
