How to enrol<br />

<strong>Course</strong>s colour-coded green allow you to enrol online at wvr.ac.uk or over the telephone<br />

by contacting us on 01925 494 400 or by visiting our Warrington or Winsford campuses.<br />

Please note that adult leisure courses do not offer a formal qualification/certificate upon<br />

completion. They are designed to be fun and teach you new skills.<br />

For courses colour-coded blue, you can enrol over the phone by contacting us on<br />

01925 494 400.<br />

For courses colour-coded red, you will need to complete an online application at<br />

wvr.ac.uk or call into our Warrington or Winsford campuses.<br />

<strong>Course</strong>s colour-coded purple are Advanced Learner Loan funded - Study now, Pay later.<br />

You will need to complete an online application at wvr.ac.uk or call in to our Warrington<br />

or Winsford campuses.<br />

You may choose not to apply for the loan and therefore pay for the course yourself via<br />

monthly instalments.<br />

Warrington campus<br />

Monday: 8.30am - 5.00pm<br />

Tuesday: 8.30am- 5.00pm<br />

Wednesday: 8.30am - 6.00pm<br />

Thursday: 8.30am - 6.00pm<br />

Friday: 8.30am - 4.30pm<br />

Winsford campus<br />

Monday: 9.00am - 4.00pm<br />

Tuesday: 9.00am - 4.00pm<br />

Wednesday: 10.00am - 7.00pm<br />

Please note that college is closed from 3.30pm Thursday<br />

21 st December <strong>2023</strong> until 9.00am Monday 8 th January 20<strong>24</strong>.<br />

Adult Enrolment Evening - Tuesday 9 th January, 5.00pm - 8.00pm<br />

questions about returning to education as an adult student answered. This is a great opportunity to<br />

learn more about the flexibility of our courses, the various funding options available and even enrol<br />

on your chosen course.<br />

Financial support and funding<br />

Your course may be FREE* if you are in receipt of an income-based benefit<br />

or in employment and earning less than £20,319 (£31,600.40 if you reside<br />

in Liverpool City Region Combined Authority) per year.<br />

There are also a number of funding options in place which, if eligible, will enable you to<br />

study now and pay later, pay in instalments or not have to pay at all! What’s more, you may<br />

be able to access a wide range of finance and funding support to help you during your time<br />

at college from the further education bursary fund.<br />

If your course is over £100 you can pay in instalments. The duration of the course will determine the maximum number of instalments<br />

over which fees can be paid (maximum 8). You will be required to pay the first instalment at enrolment. *Terms and conditions apply.
