A NOTE ABOUT RUSS<br />

<strong>Russ</strong> has spent his entire life in real estate. He grew up the son of a land developer and remembers<br />

joining his father on appointments as a young man. After a brief stint as a teacher, <strong>Russ</strong> joined the<br />

family business and helped develop multiple horse-friendly subdivisions around the St. Louis<br />

metropolitan area. During this time, he also led the sales team during a number of record breaking<br />

years.<br />

In 2007, <strong>Russ</strong> opened a residential real estate brokerage in St. Louis, MO, and eventually folded that<br />

business into Keller Williams Realty. Early in 2012, <strong>Russ</strong> seized the opportunity to take the Team<br />

Leader role at Keller Williams Realty Saint Louis. kw Saint Louis became the Highest Producing real<br />

estate office in the St. Louis MLS and currently has over 700 agents with close to $2B in sales<br />

projected for 2023.<br />

<strong>Russ</strong> currently serves as Regional Director for kw Colorado. kw Colorado is home to nearly 4000<br />

agents and 23 market centers covering 55 locations throughout the state. In addition, <strong>Russ</strong> is the<br />

Operating Principal of kw Chesterfield and a Leadership Coach with kw MAPS Coaching. <strong>Russ</strong>' real<br />

estate team serves families in Missouri, Illinois and Colorado.<br />

<strong>Russ</strong> and wife, Heather, have 4 amazing kids -- Sarah (husband Stephen), Zibby, Kate, and Ian -- and<br />

a beautiful granddaughter -- Vivian.
