immediately next to the seminar room, which allow for extensive hands-on training opportunities.<br />

registration. Please register early (1-2 months or more if<br />

possible), the number of seats available are limited and<br />

Special seminar:<br />

Each seminar day $2,600 (plus travel expenses of<br />

trainer: hotel, airfare, rental car). Seminar daily cost<br />

includes: instruction day, trainer travel time, and<br />

manuals.<br />

Amounts payable upon receipt of invoice.<br />

Sales tax will be added where applicable.<br />

Weekend and evening training is available at an additional fee.<br />

Please note<br />

If your attendance is not possible for any reason, we will<br />

cancel your registration up to 30 days prior to the start of<br />

training free of charge. If you cancel 15-30 days prior to the<br />

start of training, you will be charged 50% of the seminar<br />

cost. If you cancel 1-14 days prior to the start of training,<br />

you will be charged 100% of the seminar cost. However,<br />

you can send an alternate attendee in your place, in which<br />

case no service charge will apply. We reserve the right to<br />

postpone or cancel individual seminars or to plan extra<br />

course dates. Therefore, claims for compensation cannot<br />

be accepted.<br />
