XCO-Walking<br />

This new sport activity is a total body workout with a bodyshaping<br />

effect. Special granules inside the XCO trainer act as<br />

an oscillating mass and by dynamically swinging the trainer<br />

back and forth the entire body is trained thoroughly within a<br />

short period of time. Fun and fitness are guaranteed.<br />

of the airport. Watch the airplane handling,<br />

drive over the runway by bus, wave to the air traffic<br />

Flexi-Bar-Exercise<br />

A calm but intense training with elements of Yoga<br />

and Pilates. During the training you can enjoy the<br />

very special atmosphere of the morning at the<br />

lake, with a fascinating view. By transmitting vibrations<br />

from the flexi-bar (made of light fibreglass) the deep muscles and body<br />

stability are trained. Good for your back and good for your soul!<br />
