B&R Stores is dedicated to
serving as a “support center” for
its network of stores, providing
the infrastructure for accounting,
operations, marketing, training
and IT support. Each store has the
autonomy to merchandise, run
specials, coordinate donations
and establish employee kickbacks
depending on their needs.
“We’re here to be a resource for
the stores, and it’s always been that
way,” explains Marty Jarvis, director
of marketing for B&R Stores. “Our
goal is not to govern but to be
fluid to their needs and look at
the growth and success of our
company from a bigger picture.”
B&R Stores was founded by Russ
Raybould and Clayton Burnett in
1964 in Lincoln, Nebraska. Today,
it is led by a second-generation
of the Raybould family – Pat
Raybould, CEO, and Jane Raybould,
vice president of buildings and
equipment – with a vision to remain
family-owned and operated.
B&R Store’s Values
The Rayboulds and the entire
to upholding B&R Stores’ six core
values and can often be found
visiting stores to help solve problems
and support employees.
