But as much as they appreciate the ambiance of the skilled nursing center, they appreciate its 24-hour care more. “We’re unique in that we provide care to all the guests,” Fred said. “We administer all of our guests’ care needs and their medications. We know that as people age, their needs increase and change. But because we are staffed 24 hours a day and licensed as a skilled nursing facility and staffed 24 hours a day, our guests can remain in their same environment no matter how life changes. We adjust their care, they don’t have to adjust their lifestyle.” Another thing guests never have to adjust is their cost expectation. “We pride ourselves on the fact that we have an all-inclusive rate.” From nursing care to everyday basics such as linens, laundry, etc., every guest’s needs are met. Villa West and Villa East offer suites and private rooms with flexible accommodations designed to meet evolving needs. Villa West and Villa East each include around-the-clock staff, a physical therapy center, dining rooms, a beautiful clubhouse for private parties, The Waterford Room for private dinners and family gatherings, an indoor/outdoor pool with water aerobics, a beauty salon and much more. Guests with advanced stages of dementia and other forms of memory loss are tenderly cared for in both the Villa West and Villa East buildings. “We also offer independent living in The Villa Estates,” said Fritz. “We have 54 villas that have a community atmosphere and allow the people who live there to enjoy all the amenities and services available to them at Mari de Villa as well as in the surrounding West County area.” “Our guests in The Independent Living Villa Estates know that should they need additional care, it is available on our campus, giving them peace of mind.” Mari de Villa’s Independent Living Villa Estates offer spacious, luxury living accommodations in a neighborhood setting.
