B Corporation
Society successfully recertified as a B Corporation in October 2022.
Section 1
B Corporations are a global movement of companies reinventing
business as a force for good. They are independently audited every
three years in line with rigorous standards of social and environmental
performance, accountability and transparency through the B Impact
Assessment.
Society originally achieved certification in 2019 with an overall score of
86.9. We set ourselves a target score of 95+ for recertification and far
surpassed this with a score of 107.5, an uplift of over 23%.

Of the current 50 B Corp certified Executive Search firms, Society maintains the
7th highest score in the world.
Society’s Chief Operating Officer, Christiane Baehr, commented:
The global addition of 19 Executive Search firms in 2023, is testament to the
powerful influence the B Corp movement has in companies wanting to be
part of a positive, changemaking culture. At Society we are extremely proud
that our recertification score of 107.5 in 2022 sees us as the 4th highest scoring
executive search firm in the UK. We are, however, cognisant that we cannot be
complacent, and will strive to continue to improve our standing within the B
Corp community. Our B Corp aligned values are integral in our external business
partnerships, our strategic planning and internal relationships within the team.
