The Brown Harris Stevens Commercial Division focuses on development sites, turnkey residential<br />

development sites, land, office and retail. All listings are thoroughly vetted by the Division’s<br />

leadership, who are known leaders in the commercial real estate business. Members of the<br />

division have handled commercial sales and leases for major developers and investors as well<br />

as businesses in many industries, including restaurants, retail, travel, education, and more.<br />

Significant recent deals attributed to members of the division include the sale of an $18.4 million<br />

dollar development site on Biscayne Boulevard, which set a price per square foot record for the<br />

area and the $55 million bulk acquisition sale to Jason Halpern’s JMH Development that is<br />

$175 million to develop and will provide muchneeded<br />

affordable housing opportunities in the<br />

community. It’s expected to include two 15-story<br />

buildings constructed next to the Earlington<br />

Metrorail Station at 2100 Northwest 41st Street<br />

in Miami’s Model City, on the northern border of<br />

a contract to pay $120 million for the oceanfront<br />
