My Changing Life Series – The Physical Changes: Boys and Girls

Introduction
This program takes a light-hearted look at the journey that all adolescences take - puberty. It explains
the many significant experiences and many changes that will take place in their bodies. The program
reassures adolescents that these changes are normal and that they are not alone as they take the first
steps towards their new identity as an adult.
Disc one has a specific focus placed on the sexual changes that occur in boys.
Disc two has a specific focus placed on the sexual changes that occur in girls.
Recommended for use with junior health classes.
