DEDICATION Thank You God for showing your love for me through those around me. It has been your love, care, provision, and protection that has guided me. This paper and the process of earning the PhD are directly attributed to God our Father for making it happen and to the many individuals in my life who God has worked through to shape, form, and support me through this process. To my wife Noell who has not only put up with my antics in the difficult times of this process, but has supported, encouraged, and loved me through it all. I love you! My parents, Lance and RoseAnn have provided me with the opportunities, support, and love needed to formulate and achieve goals. I am grateful for my family including siblings, grandparents, new parents, friends, nieces, nephews, aunts, and uncles for their support and love for me.
