Can I register over the phone or online?<br />
Because your signature is required for credit card transactions, we are unable to accept<br />
phone registrations. At the present time, online registration is for online classes<br />
only, not those that meet at <strong>New</strong> <strong>Trier</strong> or our various locations.<br />
Is it safe to have my credit card information on a fax?<br />
Yes. Our fax machine is in our manager’s office and only NTX office staff has access.<br />
After we charge your credit card, your original form is shredded and no one can see<br />
your account number in any record. If you prefer, you may leave that blank and call our<br />
office with your credit card number; just be sure to sign your registration form.<br />
Once I register, how do I know where to go for my class?<br />
You will receive a registration confirmation within a few days listing all dates, times,<br />
and location for your class along with a map and any other information (supply list,<br />
parking permit, etc.) This is for your information only; the confirmation is not necessary<br />
for entrance to class. If you do not receive confirmation, please call the office.<br />
Do you have classes for children?<br />
Almost all classes are open to adults and students high school age or older. Fencing<br />
and a few other classes are open to younger students. Please call the office to check<br />
before enrolling anyone younger than high school age if there is any question.<br />
I don’t live in the <strong>New</strong> <strong>Trier</strong> school district? Can I take your classes?<br />
Yes. Out-of-district residents are welcome and pay the listed tuition.<br />
I have registered and find that I cannot attend my class. Can I get a refund?<br />
If you withdraw at least 3 full working days prior to the start of class (or the registration<br />
deadline, where applicable), you will receive a refund minus a $15 withdrawal<br />
fee. No refunds will be given after that time.<br />
