Lighting unit with SMD technology
The board has a length of 225 mm und is equipped with 12 LED's
It can be shortened and lengths of 185 mm, 145 mm, 105 mm and 65 mm may be obtained. The function of the
remaining LED's is not impaired thereby. An offcut of 65 mm or more can be used independantly.Reuse of other
offcuts is also possible, see at the end of this page.
This means that:with a length of 185 mm the board has 10 LED'swith a length of 145 mm the board has 8
LED'swith a length of 105 mm the board has 6 LED'swith a length of 65 mm the board has 4 LED's
Current feeding is possible at 8 different points distributed evenly on both sides on the circuit board. This makes an
invisible cable laying possible in nearly all model cars. There are also 4 possible connection points for a capacitor.
Board kann be cut with a fretsaw or a wire cutter.
This lighting may only be used in digital mode
LED colour: yellow
blue soldering points = current feeding red soldering points = connection of an optional rear light (available on this
site)green soldering points = capacitor connection
max. voltage: 30 V AC or DC current draw: ~ 10 mA
 
Offcuts resulting from board shortening may be reused by installing the following components: Offcuts components
The kit contains all the necessary parts including the board and mounting instructions. All you ned is a soldering
iron and some solder
