Cerecor Inc. is a Maryland-based biopharmaceutical company focused on the discovery, development and
commercialization of prescription pharmaceuticals whose primary site of activity is in the human nervous system.

MANAGEMENT

in the development of many different drugs, including the neuroscience blockbuster (>$1B annual revenues)
