On the way to the city of Kandy you will see a spice garden growing in its natural habitat and the manufacture of handmade batik’s in a batik<br />

factory. Kandy, the Hill Capital and last stronghold of the Sinhala Kings, retains an aura of grandeur, surrounded by hills with a tranquil lake at<br />

its centre, it is the site of the renowned “Temple of the Tooth” and the Royal Botanical Gardens. Kandy is at the center of Sri Lanka’s handicrafts<br />

industry and its traditional dances are the most spectacular in the country. Here you will visit a tea plantation where you will see tea being<br />

made from raw green leaf. Once you get to Colombo you will visit shopping and entertainment areas and other places of interest.<br />

Beach and Colombo 3 Nights/4 Days<br />

On this excursion, you will travel along the southwestern coastal belt to Bentota where you will be free to relax and enjoy the sunshine. Next<br />

you will take a boat trip to Madu Ganga to see its various islands, then it’s a visit to a cinnamon plantation before the rest of the day is free for<br />

optional water sports like jetsking, waterskiing, banana boating, windsurfing and deep-sea fishing. You will then leave for Colombo and once<br />

there, you will visit shopping and entertainment areas and other places of interest.<br />

Next you will head to Colombo and a visit to the government-run Elephant Orphanage, where abandoned or lost baby elephants are cared for<br />

and trained. Once you arrive in Colombo you will visit the residential, commercial and bazaar areas.<br />
