Practice Workshops<br />
Breathing Time Yoga is offering a series of<br />
six workshops designed to guide participants<br />
in the art of creating his or her own<br />
yoga practice. Workshops begin on October<br />
14 and will be led by Viniyoga certified<br />
therapists, Karen Lee and Aggie Stewart.<br />
Personal Practice is the heart of yoga,<br />
the regular routine of going to one’s practice<br />
to develop an intimate relationship<br />
with him or herself on all levels—body,<br />
mind, character and ultimately, his or her<br />
higher self. Each of the Art of Personal Practice<br />
classes will examine a different theme:<br />
movement, regulated breath, meditation,<br />
ritual, intention and will power. Individuals<br />
are invited to take one class or the whole<br />
series as they begin to experience and<br />
deepen their personal yoga practice.<br />
Cost is $80 for a single workshop or $399<br />
for the full series. A 10 percent discount<br />
is available for early registration. Breathing<br />
