our staffing numbers through attrition/turnover rather than through any forced staff reduc-
tions.
One of the common goals for all of our areas is customer service and our Internal Customer
Satisfaction Survey. In this time of budget reductions and hiring freezes, the one thing we
must do is make sure Administration is aware of the value we have to this institution. We can
do this through excellent customer service. We want to make ourselves invaluable to other
departments within MUSC and to outside entities.
In-coming months, I will provide an update on the Departmental Goals and other news to keep staff ‘in
the know’. Please send me an e-mail if there is something in particular you want me to cover.
