The Danish Food Exhibition is a<br />
new professional event, but yet dating<br />
more than a hundred years back,<br />
when the Danish dairies held their<br />
first product evaluations and competitions<br />
at national fairs, also attended<br />
by the supplying industry. During the<br />
last decades the Danish Dairy Contest<br />
has included the Scandinavian Dairy<br />
Contest, and this year the entire Danish<br />
food industry is invited. Thus,<br />
at the beginning of November this<br />
year, hundreds of Danish food products<br />

invited to visit the upcoming Danish Food Exhibition in MCH<br />
Herning, <strong>Denmark</strong> 8-9 November <strong>2011</strong>.<br />
