Simply complete an order form including product
name description, code and quantity. You can pay by
cheque or by credit card by filling out your details on
the order form. We will include a replacement order
form with your delivery.

page 77 of this catalogue.

Satisfaction Guarantee & Returns
It is our policy to guarantee all products sold by
us are delivered in good condition and within the
manufacturers quality tolerances. If the goods arrive
damaged, incorrect or faulty, please notify us within 7
days of receipt. If you receive an order and decide not
to keep it for any reason, please notify us within 7 days
of receipt. Non-faulty goods can be returned in their
original condition at your own expense within 14 days for
a refund.

reason for return. We will give you a returns number to
write on the outside of the package.

Postage may be reduced at our discretion.
P&P to Highlands and Islands, CI, IOW, IOM & NI up
to 1kg is the same as to the UK mainland. Orders over
1kg will incur a small additional cost. (Please phone if

P&P outside the UK is charged at cost.
20% VAT can be taken off orders sent outside the
