for juvenile fish, hence loss <strong>of</strong> these<br />
habitats reduces the carrying capacity <strong>of</strong><br />
the estuary,<br />
(b) migration routes during STST <strong>and</strong> a<br />
continuous foreshore is vital for these<br />
migrations.<br />
