In the way we perceive wealth and luxury nowadays, values have to be
redefined and traditions have to be rethought.
Aspects such as quality, honesty and social responsibility, i.e. under
which conditions something is produced and how it is carried, edge ever
closer to the spotlight.
Distinctiveness, originality and individuality make the piece of clothing
rise beyond its intended purpose and thus communicate a new form of
value. In this sense, the Consequent collections are designed and
produced.
Meanwhile, we acknowledge our social responsibility at least as high
as our ecological responsibility, as human beings are the assets most
worthy of protection in our society!
For these reasons, Consequent produces 98 % of its clothes in European
factories and sewing rooms thereby creating many jobs, besides to the
ecological effect of shortened transport routes.
… and this continues successfully for more than 20 years.
Consequent is certified according to Global organic textile standard
(GOTS).
