Whitney Wolf is an Engineer Colonel in the Army Reserve
who has served recently as the Design Engineer for the
372 nd Engineer Brigade in Afghanistan responsible for
review and approval of all Regional Command-East (RC-E) Forward Operating
Base construction projects below the MILCON level. Previous assignments
include Deputy Chief of Staff, Engineer, 90 th Regional Support Command, Little
Rock, Arkansas, Detachment Commander, 600 th Engineer Facilities
Detachment, 416 th TEC, Des Moines, IA. In 2002 he served as the deputy base
engineer at Kandahar Airfield, Afghanistan and oversaw the construction and
management of numerous forward operating bases in the theater. He currently
serves as Emergency Preparedness Liaison Officer (EPLO) to FEMA Region
VII where his designated state of support is Nebraska.
As a civilian, he serves as a Civil Works Project Manager at the Kansas City
District in the US Army Corps of Engineers. His previous assignment has been
as Civil Designer and Cost Estimator with the Kansas City District and Energy
Engineer (Certified Energy Manager (CEM)) with Fort Leavenworth Directorate
of Public Works.
He holds a Bachelor of Science degree from Missouri Western State University
at St. Joseph, Missouri and is an Army trained Operations Research/Systems
Analyst (ORSA) from the Army Logistic Management College, FT Lee, and
Virginia.
