Hygiene grants. Rashmir has also led a variety of cross-sectoral development
projects, including work on malaria, reproductive health, human resources for
health, and institutional development. She is an Adjunct Faculty member of the
Foster School of Business at the University of Washington, Bainbridge Graduate
Institute and the Indian Institute for Sustainable Enterprise. Rashmir has been
involved in a variety of efforts to spur social entrepreneurship - including cocreating
#SocEnt Weekend, a 50 hour experience that has resulted in a number
of exciting high impact ventures. She is also an advisor to Fledge, a conscious
company incubator, launched in Seattle. In a previous life, Rashmir worked in
investment banking and finance in London.

Glenn Austin: WASH Director
Glenn leads the Water, Air, Sanitation and Hygiene
program at PATH. He is responsible for determining the
project’s vision and strategy and for overall management of
PATH activities as well as the critical relationships with
water technology companies, NGOs, government agencies,
consultants, and other collaborating organizations to ensure
that project goals are met. He represents the project globally
and plays a key role in engaging other agencies, including donors, in the project
findings and recommendations. Glenn manages design for manufacture, pilot
production, and scale-up. He also leads consumer product development facility
in Seattle and leads and advises teams in planning and conducting product
development, adaptation, and assessment. Glenn is an industrial designer and
has supplemental experience and education in management, mechanical
engineering, and computer-aided design. He has led product design and
development for nearly 30 years, including development of medical products
and various consumer products in the private sector before joining PATH.
