need, but maybe someone else at
your credit union could use them!

heat on your hot ideas.
Focus on them today!
Chill Bin—� ese are good
ideas that you can’t use
right now. Put them on ice
until you need them.

Before you leave the
meeting (maybe during
the plane ride home),
schedule a quiet time
with your notes and
separate your ideas
into the categories to
the left.
Review all the ideas
you could do and look
for the ones that are
most likely to provide a
signifi cant payoff and
are doable with your
current resources.
Then get to work and
refi ne and implement
those ideas!
You’ll probably do
better if you fi nd a
partner and agree
to keep each other
accountable for action.
