and are celebrating your<br />

50 th anniversary this year,<br />

please contact the rectory so<br />

that we may submit your<br />

name to the Diocese for a<br />

formal invitation. A<br />

registration form for all<br />

other married couples will<br />

be printed in the bulletin at<br />

a later date.<br />

has ended it's routine<br />

meeting schedule for the<br />

summer. A very big thank<br />

you to all the Mom's who<br />

have been a part <strong>of</strong> our<br />

group. We will have a<br />

family summer activity this<br />

summer with more details<br />

to follow. We look forward<br />

to meeting new members<br />

World Wide Marriage Encounter<br />

Couples are invited to attend a Worldwide Marriage Encounter<br />

weekend for a greater depth, growth, and enrichment in their<br />

marriage. It is an opportunity for parents to get away from jobs, kids,<br />

chores, and phones in order to focus only on each other. <strong>The</strong> next<br />

weekend is June 22-24. Please call for more information or to<br />

North American Conference<br />

<strong>of</strong> Separated and Divorced <strong>Catholic</strong>s<br />

<strong>Catholic</strong> Divorced Ministry <strong>of</strong> <strong>The</strong> North American Conference <strong>of</strong> Separated and<br />

Divorced <strong>Catholic</strong>s will hold its 33 rd annual international conference at the University <strong>of</strong><br />

Notre Dame. This year’s conference is entitled, Water in the Desert. Keynote speakers<br />

include Kathy Brewer Gorham and Bill Dyer. Persons who have experienced<br />

separation, divorce, or the loss <strong>of</strong> a relationship, and those who minister to them, will<br />

find new insights and resources, as well as spiritual and emotional support for the<br />

healing process. Pre-conference leadership seminars begin on Monday, July 2. For more<br />

Fall Course: <strong><strong>Christ</strong>i</strong>an Origins -<br />

An Introduction to the New Testament<br />

<strong>The</strong> Institute <strong>of</strong> Pastoral Studies (IPS) at Loyola University is <strong>of</strong>fering a fall course at<br />

St. Petronille Parish in Glen Ellyn on <strong><strong>Christ</strong>i</strong>an Origins - An Introduction to the New<br />

Testament. Dates are September 8 and 22; October 13 and 27; and November 3 and 17.<br />

Instructor is Bob Ludwig, PhD., Director, IPS. Please apply online at<br />

www.luc.edu/ips/apply.shtml. Time is short and space is limited! For further<br />
