October 11 – 13, 2012. Hyatt Regency washington on Capitol Hill. Washington, DC poster session information (regency/columbia foyer) The first author of each poster will be available either thursday, october 11th between 1pm – 1:30pm or Friday, october 12th, between 4:20pm – 7pm. Each author is assigned a specific time frame to present their poster. Authors will be available during their assigned 20 minute time period for discussion of their research and poster. Once the 20 minutes has passed, the monitors will automatically rotate to the next author’s poster. Outside of the hours listed above, the posters are available for viewing throughout the Annual Meeting & Conference. How to find interpret the poster presentation schedule: Monitor 1 Indicates which monitor the poster will be displayed on in the Regency or Columbia Foyer 4:20 – 4:40pm Indicates the assigned time the author will be discussing their research and poster.
