This Annual Meeting and Conference will focus on ways nurses are transforming health care and building a better care<br />
delivery system. The conference will showcase the extraordinary work nurses are doing by driving policy changes to meet the<br />
health care needs <strong>of</strong> individuals and populations. The theme has been specifically selected to highlight nursing initiatives that<br />
are transforming health care, leading change, and influencing policy for the ultimate purpose <strong>of</strong> improving our nation’s health.<br />
