The agency is also commonly referred to as the travel agency. agent The individual making a reservation, booking, or ticket-related transaction. An example is the Booking Agent ID (BAID), which is the system sign-on for the individual making the booking for the customer. AIA ATPCO, IATA, and ARC industry alliance formed to provide end-to-end First & Final Interline Billing Service. ARC Airlines Reporting Corporation, the entity responsible for settlement and reporting of airline transactions for the United States.
