Section 5.4.5 ISR Subscription Processing<br />

During the standard Sales Data <strong>Exchange</strong> processing cycle which begins at 1300 hours eastern time,<br />

outbound files are created for ISR customers based on the input data files and processing described<br />

above. Files are created using<br />

(1) BSP/ARC merged and standalone transaction file<br />

(2) ISR address and staging tables<br />

(3) Loop files because the customer may not elect to receive data 7 days per week (if the customer<br />

only receives files on Monday to Friday, files for Saturday and Sunday are processed as normal<br />

but held in a “loop file” until the next outbound customer file (Monday at 1300 hours).<br />

Five ticket constructions (or ”data foundations”) are possible from the sale-to-sale merge process within<br />

ISR:<br />

(1) Constructed from TCN and BSP merged<br />

(2) Constructed from TCN and ARC merged<br />

(3) Constructed from BSP only<br />

(4) Constructed from ARC only<br />

(5) Constructed from TCN only<br />

Five ticket constructions (or ”data foundations”) are possible from the sale-to-cancel merge process within<br />

ISR:<br />

(1) Constructed from BSP-only sale with integrated cancel<br />

(2) Constructed from ARC-only sale with integrated cancel<br />

(3) Constructed from TCN-only sale with integrated cancel<br />

(4) Constructed from BSP/TCN-merged sale with integrated cancel<br />

(5) Constructed from ARC/TCN-merged sale with integrated cancel<br />

The construction of the ISR record will be sent to the recipient in the data element Data Foundation<br />

(FNDT) on the Record 01.<br />
