Pursuant to the Article 145(2) of the Constitution of the Republic of Kosovo,<br />
pursuant to UNMIK Regulation 2006/26, annex XVI of the date 27 April 2006,<br />
based on the Decision of the Government of the Republic of Kosovo of the date<br />
07.05.2009, No. 03/63, MIA is mandated to coordinate the process of drafting and<br />
implementation of the Roadmap for Implementation of Criteria for the process of<br />
Visa Liberalization between the Republic of Kosovo and the European Union,<br />
makes this:<br />
D E C I S I O N<br />
I. On the establishment of the Working Group–responsible for coordination,<br />
monitoring and reporting of all activities within the Government of the<br />
Republic of Kosovo for implementation of the Action Plan on the Process of<br />
Visa Liberalization with the European Union (WGVL) .<br />
II. WGVL will have this composition:<br />

III. The Working Group will be head by the representative of MIA and will be<br />
responsible for coordination, monitoring and reporting of all activities that<br />
come out of this process within the Government of the Republic of Kosovo.<br />
IV. The Working Group may invite to the meetings of the Working Group<br />
different officials from the institutions of the Republic of Kosovo, from<br />
central and local level, as well as the repreentatives of the civil society,<br />
media and the international organizations that act in Kosovo or who are<br />
stakeholders in the Visa Liberalization Process.<br />
V. The Working Group through Minister of MIA will report to the<br />
Government of the Republic of Kosovo on the progress of the process.<br />
VI. The Working Group will have secretariat which will consists of the MIA<br />
representatives. The secretariat of the working group will technically<br />
support the work of the working group, will collect and analyze the reports<br />
submitted by the members of the Working Group and will draft<br />
comprehensive reports for the needs of the Minister, of the Working Group<br />
and of other relevant local and international institutions.<br />
VII. This decision enters into force on the day of its signing by the Minister.<br />
