We have immediate access to the largest selection of Bullseye<br />
glass in the world. If we do not have your specified glass in stock,<br />
we can usually obtain it within 24–48 hours, or we can often suggest<br />
a close substitute from our “curious” stocks, at good savings.<br />
Prices, especially for imported products, are subject to change<br />
without notice. A representative will call you with all prices including<br />
shipping and handling before your order leaves our premises.<br />
PAymENT mEThODS<br />
For phone, fax, and email purchases we accept Visa, MasterCard,<br />
American Express, and personal and business checks. For<br />
online purchases, we accept credit cards. To apply for credit<br />

PACkING<br />
Built to survive travel, our multi-walled cardboard boxes with<br />
double layers of interior foam padding are some of the toughest<br />
glass packaging you’ll find. We have specially designed boxes for<br />
shipping sheet glass in most Bullseye sizes. Box fees: for 10 x 10s,<br />
$10.00; for half sheets, $18.00; for full sheets, $60.00. (Return for a<br />
$50.00 credit.) Each box can hold eight 3 mm sheets. Factory sheet<br />
glass orders are packed into sturdy wooden crates, then banded<br />
together or palletized for safe transport.<br />
ShIPPING<br />
We ship via UPS ground unless otherwise instructed. Most orders<br />
will go out within 24–48 hours of receipt. We must have a street<br />
address (no PO boxes) for UPS delivery. Larger glass orders are<br />
usually shipped via motor freight.<br />
RETURNS<br />
Call us for authorization and instructions before returning merchandise<br />
to the Resource Center or factory. A credit will be issued<br />
for merchandise returned in good condition within thirty days of<br />
purchase. Restocking fees may apply.<br />
DAmAGED ShIPmENTS<br />
All merchandise is closely inspected prior to shipping. Damage in<br />
transit is the responsibility of the carrier.<br />
UPs: If you notice any damage to the exterior of the packaging,<br />
note this on the delivery receipt. Save all packaging materials<br />
and damaged product and contact us immediately. We will file a<br />
claim with UPS on your behalf and replace or credit the damaged<br />
materials.<br />
Motor freight: Inspect all shipments immediately upon receipt.<br />
If you notice any external damage to the packaging, do not sign<br />
the delivery receipt until you have inspected the goods. If you<br />
discover damage upon unpacking the shipment, indicate it on the<br />
carrier’s delivery receipt, file a claim immediately with the carrier,<br />
and notify us.<br />

If your purchase is being sent as a gift, be sure to let us know so<br />
we can send your invoice separately.<br />
