You are holding our Fall Supplement. Items listed here have
arrived since June. The items presented in this catalog are organized
by label and number. New Releases arrive daily and are
posted weekly at our website: worldsrecords.com
For those who provided an email address we keep you informed
of your order as it travels through our warehouse, from order
confirmation to shipping information; we also send out weekly
bulletins highlighting New Releases and Additions to our catalog
as they come in plus feature special offers. You can let us know
your email address when placing orders online, with our ‘800’
phone service, via fax, or mail.
Most CDs and DVDs offered over the years are still available.
Our on-line catalog is kept up to date and is the best way to
view material we offer. You can find, for instance, all titles we
offer by Benny Goodman and sort according to best selling, most
recent release or price. You’ll find the original entry with tunes,
description, cover picture, etc. Plus, of course, you can place
an order on-line.
We won’t be printing a complete catalog. However if you don’t
have access to a computer and wish more information regarding
the releases on a label we offer or material featuring a specific
artist just let us know by letter and we’ll send a print out.

Any item which has a manufacturer’s defect will be replaced free
of charge. Defective items will be replaced with the same item.
Please enclose a note explaining the nature of the problem.
Back Orders
Out-of-stock items are automatically back-ordered unless noted
otherwise by customer and automatcially shipped via free standard
mail. Credit card orders are only charged for the items which
are shipped.
To All Customers
Refunds are made when out of print items are ordered. Unplayed
items may be exchanged for a different title only on condition
that they are unopened and returned to us in resalable condition.
There may be a $1.50 per item charge for this service.
