will be done in collaboration with the Centers for Disease Control, Cardiovascular<br />

<strong>Health</strong> Branch, the Mississippi <strong>Health</strong> Policy Center, <strong>and</strong> Dr. George Howard, a<br />

leading stroke epidemiologist at University of Alabama, Birmingham.
