Management of Post-Term Pregnancy

Address four key issues on management of post-term pregnancy. 1) The available
evidence on effectiveness of fetal measures in antenatal surveillance, 2) The relative
effectiveness of planned induction vs expectant management, 3) The relative
effectiveness of the currently available induction agents, and 4) Effectiveness by race,
ethnicity, or income level.
Technical Assistance to the Moscow Medical Academy

Provide technical assistance to the newly-established Moscow Medical Academy
Evidence-based Center (MMA Center). This will include on-site training of health
professionals in the MMA Center. Technical assistance will relate to guidance on
establishing a Russian expert panel to assist the Center in undertaking systematic
reviews, reviewing for accuracy, translations performed by the center staff, guidance
on conducting external peer review in Russia by Russian professional colleagues, of
draft MMA Center reports or guidelines.
Clinical Practice Guidelines on Appropriate Patient Preparation for Renal
