.75 oz siMple syrup<br />

dash oF BiTTers<br />

dash oF pernod<br />

1 sliCe Grilled oranGe<br />

Muddle orange, add all ingredients to shaker, add ice,<br />

shake, and strain into a tumbler over ice.<br />

Garnish with almond-pineapple foam, coconut rum,<br />

candied ginger compressed pineapple, chopped candied<br />

ginger, and lime zest.<br />
