1. Assent for the Annual Report

2008 ANNUAL REPORT
We are currently commissioned to audit financial statements contained in the annual report drawn up by Eureko
Sigorta Anonim fiirketi (“the Company”) as at 31 December 2008. The aforesaid annual report is the responsibility
of the Company's management. As an independent audit company, our responsibility is to express our opinion about
the truthfulness of financial statements contained in annual reports and the compliance thereof with the independent
audit report arranged as the end of the relevant accounting period.
The audit was conducted in accordance with arrangements concerning the audit of financial statements contained
in the annual report put into force pursuant to “Circular Related to the Financial Structure of Insurance, Reinsurance
and Private Pension Companies” promulgated at and validated as per the Official Gazette numbered 26606 and
dated 7 August 2007. Such arrangements require planning and performance to obtain reasonable assurance that
the financial statements contained in the annual report are free of material mis-statement about the truthfulness
and the compliance thereof with the independent audit report arranged as at the end of the relevant accounting
period. We believe that our audit provides an appropriate and sufficient basis for delivering our opinion.
In our opinion, all financial statements contained in the enclosed annual report drawn up as per Regulations are
consistent, in all material respects, with the independent audit report of Eureko Sigorta Anonim fiirketi, drawn up
as at 31 December 2008
