This series explores some of the changes that<br />
women face with the passage of time. Throughout<br />
our lives much of our identity is tied to our physical<br />
selves. In our youth we are bombarded with and<br />
challenged by physical ideals, mostly unattainable.<br />
We approach middle age, a time when we have<br />
finally come to accept our physical bodies for what<br />
they are, and are greeted by new physical challenges<br />
and limitations of our maturing bodies. We must be<br />
reacquainted with ourselves once again. Nearing 'old<br />
age’, perhaps the time of greatest wisdom and experience,<br />
we struggle to 'be seen' and be taken seriously.<br />
