Fernando E. Rellon Jr., 3 yrs old, was hit by an
uprooted Ipil-ipil tree due to strong winds.
A motorcyle passing the National Highway of Brgy.
Saguisi was slammed by a coconut tree which was
uprooted due to strong winds, immediately killing its 2
passengers namely, Jury S. Betaganzo and Maylin P.
