I will be going on a tour through France this summer and plan to
continue my training. I need some tips on the best way to meet French
women runners.

Dear Race:
The best place to meet runners, male or female, is at the track, so
plan on finding a track and running intervals.
When you see the woman that you want to meet resting along
the side of the track, run up to her, and using your best, most
nasal accent, say “Croyez-vous au coup de foudre ou peut-tre je
devrais courir un autre tour de piste?”
English subtitle: “Do you believe in love at first sight or should I
run another lap for you?”

Mike had done his good
deed for the day and impressed
his friends with

turtle.
We resumed our run, and
about a mile farther down
the trail, a rabbit darted in
front of us.
“Hey,” Dave laughed.
“Now we’ve seen the tortoise
and the hare.”
