(c) For individual events, the total number of weights/events x 2 + 2. In case of weight
categories are less than 10 and +3 in case weight categories are more than 10. In case of
athletics, swimming, weight lifting and power lifting. only those players will be
considered for camps that qualify the best 6th/8th position of the previous year as the
case may be.
72. Inter-University Participation
(a) In case of team games as per AIU Rules.
(b) In case of individual games the actual number of weight categories +2 in case of the
weight categories is less than 10.
(c) In case weight categories are more than 10 the actual weight categories +3.
(d) In case of athletics, swimming, weight lifting and power lifting actual qualifiers and
as per AIU Rules.

Note : (i) The dress articles to be purchased for different games will be decided by the
Purchase Committee in consultation with the Secretary, CDLUSC. The Secretary,
CDLUSC can make necessary changes in dress articles, the shape and size etc. as
per requirement of the game and position of the players. Separate dress can be
arranged for men and women teams according to the need of the game and
women team members. Special dresses can be procured as per need of the games
and its rules and regulations. The total cost of the dress will however be within the
sanctioned limits.
(ii) In addition to above dresses each player will also be issued tracksuits. The
Manager and Coach will also be given tracksuits. Manager/Coach will only be
entitled to one-track suit in a year irrespective of the fact that they may have
accompanied more than one team in inter-university fixtures.
(iii)The ground man working in the sports office or associated with the activities of
the directorate will also be given uniform up to Rs. 500/- every year.
