The GEIGER radio system offers maximum safety for the user. 

• The radio frequency used with all devices enables to cover very large control 

ranges.

Office buildings: 

A tenant change often affects the room utilisation - which has implications on the 

sun protection controls.The GEIGER radio system allows to react to a different 

demand very rapidly – no need to modify the wiring. 

Private house: 

Wireless systems offer great advantages in the retrofit sector: control cable and 

additional cable guides can be omitted. Grouped and centralized controls are even 

realizable without calling for any rewiring at the customer premises. 

The GEIGER-radio system provides the user with a modern operating comfort and 

minimal architectural transformation.

Installation of radio motors: 

what is your preferred approach? 

Preparatory work for installation 

Preparing and realizing complex building projects successfully requires an 

above-average degree of know-how concerning technical equipment, as well 

as a maximum of competence. Benefit from our competence and experience 

with the GEIGER coding plan: 

• Planning tool for user-friendly configuration of your wireless network 

• Act more flexibly in the future and implement changes more quickly with the 

documentation of your wireless network. 

• A lost transmitter can easily be replaced and sent by mail to the user. No need to 

schedule an onsite appointment. 

• Programming procedure transmitter/ receiver is carried out at the manufacturer‘s 

plant. This will save you a great deal of time at the construction site. 

Note: should you opt for this approach, please use our transmitter with the preset 

GEIGER code. 

On site installation 

The GEIGER radio system can also be put into operation at the construction site in 

dialogue with the end user. 

Should you opt for this approach, please use our transmitter with individual coding. 

CONCLUSION: no matter the type of installation you might opt for, 

we would be pleased to support your radio project from the target setting to the 

realization.

Transmitters / receivers / channels / codes 

• Transmitters are not only hand-held transmitters but also sensors. GEIGER radio 

transmitters always work in a frequency band around 434 MHz. The GEIGER 

handheld transmitters have up to 50 channels. Each channel can have one or 

more (up to several hundred) receivers. 

• Receivers are external radio controls (e.g. for Venetian blinds motors) but also 

integrated radio receivers (e.g. awnings and rolling shutter motors). The receiver 

receives the control from the transmitter and executes the corresponding driving 

and switching commands. 

• Three different (handheld) transmitters and two sensors can be programmed for 

each receiver.
