Work is in progress in 165 buildings. The prioritization of the remaining<br />

buildings within the lighting replacement comprehensive plan will be based<br />

on Environmental Protection Agency guidance as follows:<br />

1. Buildings with visual leaks;<br />

2. Buildings constructed between 1950 and 1966 that house an<br />

elementary school;<br />

3. Buildings constructed between 1950 and 1966 that house a<br />

secondary school;<br />

4. Buildings constructed between 1967 and 1979 that house an<br />

elementary school;<br />

5. Buildings constructed between 1967 and 1979 that house a<br />

secondary school;<br />

6. Buildings constructed prior to 1950 that house an elementary<br />

school;<br />

7. Buildings constructed prior to 1950 that house a secondary school.<br />

In this capital plan we will only address buildings that have experienced<br />

visible leaks (i.e. Priority Group 1). A summary of the buildings by status is<br />
