LEAVE YOUR LOVED ONES FOND
MEMORIES .... NOT YOUR FUNERAL COSTS
Introducing the Catholic Development
Fund (CDF) Funeral Savings Account
The CDF Funeral Savings Account is designed to give peace-ofmind
to the family concerned - providing funds to the estate to
pay funeral costs (with any surplus funds returned to the estate).
Deposits can be made by single or casual lump sums, by automatic
payment from a bank account or by internet banking. Interest is
paid on the account balance at the prevailing CDF on-call rate.
The CDF Funeral Savings Account doesn‛t charge
any account fees, have any minimum deposit, or
deposit - frequency requirement. All deposits in
the CDF assist the Roman Catholic Bishop of the
Catholic Diocese of Hamilton in his charitable and
religious purposes.
“He
will wipe
every tear
eyes, and there
will be no more
crying or pain.
independent and professional fi nancial advice. Neither
Under current legislation a CDF Funeral Savings Account held for funeral
expenses of up to $10,000 per person should be exempt from means
assessment where the Account Holder is applying for a Residential Care
Subsidy. (We note government policy is subject to change.)
