JOY LIKES AND,
NOT OR.
Joy does not subscribe to the OR philosophy. This OR that. Take it OR leave it. Joy is not satisfied
by choice. It wants it all. Joy wants AND. This is BMW EfficientDynamics
- best-in-class efficiency
and CO, emissions while still enhancing sheer driving pleasure. Efficient Dynamics is exhilaration AND
efficiency. Responsible AND responsive. AND removes any guilt from a spontaneous joyride. AND shifts
your eyes away from mpg and back to mph. AND is what makes a 5 Series a breathtaking drive. Joy is the
official sponsor of AND.
HAPPY BIRTHDAY MR. BACON
Francis Bacon, one of the 20th century's greatest artists was born a hundred years ago this year in Dublin. But
his cluttered studio, now located in the Dublin City Gallery, The Hugh Lane always looked like the above. And it
is just one of the many cultural attractions waiting to be discovered this year. Whether it's ancient manuscripts,
old Dutch masters, contemporary music or theatre to rivet you to your seat, there's something for everyone.
And don't forget all our museums and galleries are free.
So whether its culture by day or culture or night, you'll be spolit for choice.
Did you know that the position of your spine during the H|i^^^^^^^
You might think a firm mattress ensures a restful sleep, but
^^H^^^^^^^f
research has found that, contrary to popular opinion, a firm ^^^^^^^JHJ
mattress is not necessarily a better mattress. In fact, wB^^^^^^-^u "
scientific studies show that to keep your spine straight, your I "
bed must be flexible enough to contour to the natural
curves of your body, while maintaining support to your ■MBhHHmhM
lower back. The key to even distribution of support lies with
the springs. While a conventional queen-size mattress has
