Mine’s Overview<br />
According to JORC Code and Guidelines (2004), the Company starts its mine<br />
cycle with a �rst near-surface (30 m) Inferred Mineral Resource of 148 million<br />
tons containing 1.63 million tons of copper and 110 tons of gold. The grade<br />
values are 1.1 % for copper and 0.75 g/t for gold. Continuing exploration will<br />
quickly add further Resources towards depth.<br />
The Company has a near-surface (10 m) Probable Mineral Reserve of 1.05 million<br />
tons containing about 9,000 tons of copper and 0.36 tons of gold. The grades are<br />
0.85 % and 0.34 g/t, respectively. This Reserve can be mined immediately, generating<br />
thus quickly positive cash �ow. Ongoing exploration towards depth will<br />
rapidly add further Measured Resources.<br />
The Company believes its operating costs will be low given the resource<br />
grading, presence of a groundwater stream on the property, existing infrastructure,<br />
easy road and railway access and proximity to deep water port.<br />
