Vital Forum Highlights Innovative Advances in<br />
Restorative Healing for War Wounded<br />
<strong>Foundation</strong> speakers to join top military and civilian providers in presenting<br />
leading edge therapies, emerging technologies and continuing medical education<br />
<strong>SAN</strong> <strong>DIEGO</strong>, Ca., — The upcoming United States Navy Project C.A.R.E.’s (Comprehensive Aesthetic<br />
Restorative Effort) Third Annual Symposium will be held in San Diego California from the 19 th through the 21 st<br />
September, 2012 showcasing breakthrough multidisciplinary restorative therapies that focus on comprehensive care<br />
and recovery for the wounded warrior.<br />
The Naval Medical Center San Diego will sponsor the important three day symposium entitled “Healing the Scars of<br />
The Wounded”. The event highlights include the <strong>Gene</strong> <strong>Vance</strong> <strong>Jr</strong>. <strong>Foundation</strong>’s fifth Continuing Medical Education<br />
(CME) presentation featuring distinguished volunteer member speakers from some of the nation’s foremost pioneers<br />
and leaders in health care.<br />
The Program prioritizes multiple critical disciplines and innovative advances that promise to help increase the<br />
quality of life for injured service members.<br />
