Work History and Competence Recording Tool In the Reports area you can view a number of reports at different levels of detail. These can be used as personal records, or as part of a submission for competence assessment, as indicated. Step 8: Producing reports out of your work history and competence records The Detailed C.V. Level Report can be used in place of a CA04 Work History Summary application form. You can also create a CA03/CA13 Competence Self Review application form. Note: This creates a completely separate document viewable by assessors that is not updated by any subsequent changes to your work history records, so do not create this document until your work history records are up to date and you are in the final stages of preparing an application for assessment. http://www.ipenz.org.nz
