We get the property expert's view on Quinta do Lago from Charles Weston-Baker,

Quinta do Lago is, quite simply, Europe's Premier Golf Resort, and a real gem in my
opinion – with nothing to equal it in terms of quality and value for money.
The great thing about Quinta do Lago, is that it just seems to get better and more
sophisticated as it matures, which is not something one can say about many resorts
throughout the world. Many new resorts promise quality, facilities and service in the
beginning and then as the properties sell out, standards often drop and they quickly
appear run down. Not so in Quinta. Some 35 years since the visionary Andre Jordan
created the resort, the infrastructure, facilities and properties still look first class. The
property values reflect this and continue to be strong.
To me, Quinta do Lago is one of the world's top destinations. And I'm not alone in this
opinion. Several recent television and radio polls show that the Algarve is always in the
top five, if not the first or second best destinations, in terms of best foreign investment or
best golfing destinations. And if it's sunshine you want, it's well known that the Algarve
enjoys more sunshine than any other part of Europe.
