Luxury Villa Siam is a small independent company<br />
owned and run by English born Tim Keates and Helen<br />
Dix. Established in July 2009, after Tim and Helen<br />
refurbished one of their 3 bedroom villas.<br />
Having built over thirty villas on the island whilst<br />
working in the construction industry, it became obvious<br />
to Tim and Helen that there was a huge potential to<br />
improve their own property, with the aim of making<br />
it more appealing to guests and therefore more<br />
profitable, and so began Luxury Villa Siam's entrance<br />
in to the luxury villa rental and sales arena.<br />
Luxury Villa Siam's flagship villa and one of its first<br />
creations - Baan Lily, is a beautifully designed and<br />
furnished villa set within vast lush tropical gardens,<br />
affording guests privacy alongside a private 12 x 6m<br />
pool. Complete with a 6 seat jacuzzi, Baan Lily is the<br />
perfect home away from home where you can relax<br />
and unwind on a well-earned holiday.<br />
Next to the crystal blue pool, a shaded Thai-style sala<br />
with seating for 6 and an accompanying barbecue<br />
makes for an ideal setting for outdoor dining and<br />
entertaining with friends and family alike. The<br />
surrounding koi pond adds a further air of tranquillity<br />
and peace, completing this outdoor haven.<br />
The villa itself is spacious and grand with high vaulted<br />
ceilings, allowing a feeling of freedom and space. With<br />
its large split-level open plan living areas, Baan Lily<br />
boasts a large and comfortable sofa, a 42 inch flat<br />
screen TV with DVD player and Satellite TV channels<br />
as well as an i-pod dock for hours of entertainment.<br />
The dining area flows directly from the living area with<br />
a striking and elegant dining table for 8 and an intricate<br />
and sizeable stone carving of Ganesha perched above<br />
for a true Thai experience. A fully-fitted Western<br />
style kitchen complete with marble bench tops, gas<br />
hob, electric oven, microwave, fridge/freezer, kettle,<br />
toaster and all the amenities are available, giving you<br />
everything you may require during a luxury stay.<br />
The master bedroom set to the far left of the house<br />
and accessible from both inside and outside the villa<br />
boasts a stunning 4 poster bed, a walk-in dressing<br />
room, a sleek and stylish en-suite with a bath that<br />
accommodates two people for those romantic<br />
