Adrian's addition to the kitchen saw a new path<br />

emerge for The Cliff, with an invigorating and inspired<br />

Tapas Menu becoming a part of the restaurants<br />

culinary offerings. Rooted in traditional tapas styles<br />

with the occasional modern twist, the Tapas menu<br />

offers diners the chance to share plates and the dining<br />

experience together.<br />

The menu offers diners seafood, meat and vegetarian<br />

options to suit all tastes. The Pimientos Del Piquillo<br />

Rellenos De Atun Blanco are simply delicious –<br />

delicately roasted piquillo peppers generously stuffed<br />

with onions and white tuna, or the Albondigas De<br />

Carne De Cerdo En Salsa De Tamate – pork meatballs<br />

filled with the perfect balance of herbs and spices<br />

smothered in a pomodoro sauce.<br />

A vast selection of wines are available to perfectly<br />

compliment each Tapas dish as well as those on the<br />

main menu with The Cliff also serving an amazing list<br />

of cocktails to satisfy even the most discerning of<br />

drinkers.<br />
